Joy, Hope and Harmony Project

The Tamworth Community Gospel Choir is delighted to support this three part community project. No prior experience is needed — just bring your enthusiasm and an open mind as we journey together through expression, connection, and personal growth.
1. Gospel Music Course
Starts Sunday 25th January, 5pm–7pm (8 week course)
Our musical coaches, Rose Morgan and Bethany Baker, will guide us through the joys of gospel music. You’ll learn new songs, develop vocal technique, explore harmonies, and work towards a celebratory concert at the end of the course.
Rose shares, “We are the song of this community.” Bethany adds, “Lift your spirits, strengthen your wellbeing, and find your voice – everyone is welcome!”
2. Nurturing Nature – Wellbeing Journey
Begins Wednesday 28th January
Led by Deidrea Allen, this series explores how the gifts of nature can support our wellbeing through creative, hands on activities.
3. Creative Textiles Workshop
Sustainable textile expert Debbie Murphy will guide us in creating beautiful scarves using traditional tie and dye techniques.
